Hard of Hearing Tips
Use these tips combined with those above to assist you in communicating with someone who is Hard of Hearing.- Keep in mind hearing loss does not equal loss of intelligence
- Try writing or typing a few words if a meaning is still unclear
- Just because a person can hear the sound of your voice, doesn't mean they understand individual words
- Only one person at a time should be speaking
